Of course not. He's got half his genes from James. Snape and Lily would have a totally different child.

Also, Lily not marrying James doesn't change the fact they stopped being friends before Lily and James even started dating. Her not marrying James doesn't mean that she would randomly forgive him, and then sleep with him.

I think Lily only thought of him as 'friends only'. I don't think she would have taken Severus into that type of relationship.
