Personally... I love the scene where they are standing outside the diner and she's said that she's the sort of person that doesnt get to be part of a family and starts to cry. He tells her there are different sorts of families.. he holds her chin and stares straight into her eyes...he's trying to tell her that he's her family... god its so touching... I have lots of other favorite scenes, but I always seem to think about this one.

My favorite is Season 1. . .they are in Bones' house and they rock out to Hot Blooded. They both are so free and happy. Plus the song is great.

Hm, this is tough. I think I'd go with the Finger in the Nest when Booth and Brennan go to bury Riley. Or the skating scene in Fire in The Ice.

I don't have just one favorite Booth/Bones moment, but one of them is (I'm not sure if this counts as a "Booth and Bones moment") at the end of Bullet in the Brain when Booth is watching Bones from inside the Royal Diner and, for the first time since he got back from Iraq, it is clear that he is in quite a predicament because he is in love with two women.
