Do you guys think this is cute? (see picture)

So the thing is i have this amazon gift card that i wanna spend and i thought it was really cute so i was gonna get it and my mom just told me she thinks it's really ugly.

So do you guys think it's cute? ugly? Should I get it?

(By the way it's supposed to be a manatee with his eyes closed if someone couldn't tell)
