Urgent help!

Ok, if any of you guys have Android phones, you know that Adobe Flash Player was removed from the Google Play Store back in January after the new year started.
Currently, I haven't been able to watch videos on my browser since then (I'm running Dolphin Browser Beta).
The "how to" apps for Flash Player on the Play Store don't work by downloading whatever file is for Android 4.0 and above, and I just had a software update for my phone yesterday morning.
It would be appreciated if you can help me find another way to get Flash Player.:)

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone by the way.

I tried downloading different versions for my phone that are 4.0 and above from the Adobe website itself, but apparently Adobe is too stubborn to not bring back there official app for the Play Store which I'm so irritated by.
