First one that springs to mind is Idioteque, i've heard many theories about it. Its not just the lyrics, but the music itself that pulls you into a trance.

Idioteque, you say. I think you might have a point there, because it is a good song, in that way. Lyrically, I always have found Optimistic to be a genius song, not just because it is my favorite song, but because the lyrics just stand out to me. I also think My Iron Lung has lyrics that are quite genius, too. Plus, it is a good song. XD

Fake Plastic Trees is a great song, too. I agree about the lyrics, but the set mood for it is great, too.
