Photoshop Question

How can you use some image with a certain background & place that image b4 some other background?!

Okay,so i admit i'm completely ignorant to photoshop besides the fact that it can be used to make the coolest Itachi wallpapers but still can you plz answer
If you dont get what im trying to say plz be sure to ask
Likethe purple colored floral background might have been used as a background 4 this Konan pic by somehow arranging the Konan pic perfectly infront of the background.

Hmm. i still dont quite understand what youre trying to say, i assume youre trying to ask how you can add two backgrounds, but on seperate layers? to do that click the add layer button (its kinda like a little square i think?) Then put the other background in that new layer. To arrange the layers click and hold on the layer panel and either put on top of or on the bottom of the other layers
