Maybe idk...in some ways yes because I'm really curious and it would be really cool that they would found out that Perry actually ''does something'' and that he's awesome and very smart animal but than again in other ways it's ok the way it is...and funny and I would also miss the words ''Where's Perry? >_< it depends I'm not sure!! =D

I would love to find how the boys' reactions to seeing Perry as a secret agent. It would probably be somehthing like this:

Phineas: Our playtpus is a secret agent...that is so cool!
Ferb: Well, at least we know where he's been going to all summer.

Of course, I'd like a twist in an episode if they do find out. Maybe they could go on a mission with Perry to help defeat Dr.D (but hiding from Doof so he doesn't know about Perry's owners). In the end, Dr.D's invention (The Erase-Your-Mind-inator) hits the boys, and they don't remember their pet is an agent, and everything can go back to normal.

Do you agree? For those wondering why I really thought this through; I've always been wondering about this, that's all.

Of course not! If they get to know Perry's secret they will be no Phineas and Ferb!!

In my opinion, any episode revealing Perry's identity would have to have the universe conspiring against them to revert all back to the status quo.

An episode like that could take place if it followed the paths taken in "Mayor", "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted", and "Quantum Boogaloo". That is, something reverts it all back to normal.

Status quo is kind of how the entire show operates, and doing that would ruin the whole setup that Perry has. They CAN'T find out, and I honestly think all that darting around trying to hide it, and the casual contact both worlds have with each other is way funnier. I even wrote a fic to illustrate this.
