All of this is true. I find some freaking amazing things on the sales rack at Kohl's.
But I do have a plan too.....there are some classics on my list I need to purchase regularly like black pencilskirts, skinny jeans, white sweaters, navy blazers or trenchcoats but of course there are the extras too...the pieces you just fall in love with and that make an outfit shine!!!
