shamin circle?

i am not a witch but would it be possible for me to do a shamin circle on hallow's eve?
i am very intrested in wicca but my mum says thats its best to finish my education first before i decide on what religion to follow,i agree but i would like to experience a wiccan celebration
do you have to be a full wiccian to do a ritual/circle?

^Please get educated if you insist on spreading information. To begin with, Pagan does not automatically equal witchcraft. Paganism is an umbrella term which witchcraft falls under. And Shamanism is not solely a Native American idea: it has been found in Asia, Europe, South America, Africa, and Oceania.
