I really have no idea but I kind of feel like they'll keep a bit of both. Despite the Storybrooke memories of the past essentialy being fake, the ones they're making now are technically real. So I can't seem to see them losing there Storybrooke Persona's completely just because all of their true memories coming back.

The only person so far to remember their true memories is Graham (Regina and Gold don't count since they never forget in the first place). And though we only saw him remember briefly, he still seemed very Graham like despite his Huntsman memories returning. So I doesn't seem like remembering will pull a 180 on your personality.

I think they'll meld but one side will probably become more prominent depending on the person.
