We saw her in Storybrooke at the end of the episode, so I'm gonna say no. You had to still alive in Fairytale land to exist in Storybrooke.

She is most definitely not dead! I agree with CelestialDream, we saw her in the end in storybrooke so the queen must be lying

Yeah Belle is still alive i never believed the story she told rumple in the first place you never can trust the evil queen

she was very alive the end of the episode, the queen is lying because she doesnt want to see Rumple or anyone else happy.

The queen just needs something to hold over rumples head, bet she takes her out at the worst possile time and crushes rumple. :(

In fairyland she died. And in storybook she was in a mental hospital but not dead, just like David was in a comma when he died in fairyland

If you die in fairytale land, you will not have a storybrooke counterpart. Charming was originally suppose to die, but the creative team changed it (this has been confirmed). All that happened to him is that he went comatose. The curse actually saved his life hitting when it did since that allowed him to get modern medical care. Belle was more than likely held prisoner by the queen before the curse hit and simply traded one prison for another.
