I don't know is Rumplestilskin is "evil" maybe bad.

It's hard to tell since we haven't seen most of them so far. But even though Rumplestilskin might not be as powerful as her, he strikes be as the "sick & twisted" kind of character who has kind of a crazy mind/bad past. That said, I still think he's one of the most interesting characters on the show :)

Going with the Queen of Hearts because the Queen of Hearts is Cora and Cora being her mother is the one person who held any power over her. Besides Henry. But Henry doesn't quite use it against her like Cora.
