How can she be the main shit stirrer of the series and yet amount to nothing?
Blue can grant WISHES (when she wants to) that affect multiple lifes but she can’t keep Ogres from ripping lands aparts, or keep Regina from casting the curse, or protect a single baby from being kidnapped.

-She lied to Malcolm that Fiona had died protecting Rumple.
-She told Belle she had no idea how the Black Fairy turned evil.
