My top 3 (Scarlet Queen, Golden Hearts, Swanfire) are strangely all canon, but beyond that (and I suppose Golden Queen now, though I'd never have guessed they'd become canon), pretty much all my OUAT ships are non-canon. Red Beauty, Swan Queen, Sleeping Warrior, Red Curiosity, Hooked Queen, Tinkerhook, Hooked Pan, etc, etc... I have a TON of non-canon ships on this show, lol.
