Reasons
Belle-
- She asked Rumple to at leat "try" to not kill Zelena and he promised her that. But he in fact didn't try at all.
- He betrayed her trust whilst proposing to her which I find quite sickening.

Zelena-
- I think she would have EVENTUALLY accepted the second chance, and doesn't all the heroes and writers say everyone deserves a second chance? Rumple and Regina get about 50 and she doesn't get one which isn't fair to her.
- I personally can't blame her for Neal's death like I discussed on the wall post. I think if he even knew the price fully, he still would have done it. He's selfless. Especially for Emma and his father.

Two major reasons there for each.

Evilregal14 you forgot that Neal is also selfless for Henry.

Anyway, Zelena because she deserved a chance to be good. Her life was just as bad as Regina's and if it wasn't for Rumple she might have reformed. Plus, Belle didn't end up being dead.

Yeah I tend to forget about Henry a lot. He bores me. It was mainly because Gold and Emma were around him when he died.

Reasons -
Belle- she put her faith and trust into this man, and he is supposed to e better and less evil for her, and now he is breaking promises and things.

Zelena- all she ever really wanted was to feel loved and wanted, and have a happy life, and now, she is dead. She could have been less evil (or wicked,) if she had a good life and felt loved. She never really got a second chance.

On one hand Belle trusted him, she's marrying him and he's murdering people behind her back! That's worse than cheating on her!

Zelena well she's dead and that speaks for itself. Besides that she didn't even get a chance to take on Gina's second chance offer.

Speaking of Gina I feel bad for her too; she just lost another family member. She just lost her sister.

I never cared for Zelena, I was mostly upset because Belle's trusting nature is being taken advantage of and she's being lied to. Also, zanhar1 brings up a good point about Regina losing another family member, so I'd say her, too.

I feel sorry for Belle too but more so for Zelena cuz you know... she's dead. There's no going back after that (well, in this show there is but you know what I'm saying haha) Poor Belle is screwed up but I think they'll eventually get over this.

Never cared for Belle. She's naive and childish...

I agree with SherlockStark. But my little point is end of the day, Zelena was probably always going to die. If Gold hadn't killed her then, I think the year of imprisonment would have caught up with him at some point and he might have tortured her or gone on a spree.

i think they would have just gotten another way to get zelena off the show because in season 3 they seem to want to do the arc and then its over!

It was the only time I felt bad for Zelena.

For obvious reasons.....All Rumpel gave her were lies....He's not gonna change. Not really. Not for Belle, not for Baelfire.

I felt that the actual murder was worse than the accompanying lie/betrayal of trust.
