It is very difficult to pick between Rumple and Gina.

She has no morals

Neither does Rumpel.

Cora. Thats why I love her :). Rumpel has become a softy.

Or Cora. I feel like because he was the one pulling all the strings and he was the one who manipulated Gina (and possibly Cora) into losing her morals that he's the most immoral. If find that if someone is willing enough to take innocent people (who are at their most vulnerable points--Gina's lost love and Cora in a life or death situation) and use their situation to mold them into something evil...well that takes a special kind of evil and immoralness in itself. Plus he's had years of doing dastardly deeds. Ripping hearts out and crushing them, turning people into bugs and snails and crushing them, beating men for looking at Belle the wrong way, sending a soul sucker after Regina, using the crew to get to Neverland only to abandon them, etc. And he really hasn't even tried for redemption, at least Gina made an honest attempt. At least she's willing to work with her enemies for a good cause.

@zanhar1 Its easy to get someone else to do your dirty work for you. Its hard to do it yourself. Cora just rips people's hearts out with her bare hands. Thats evil. In the past Rumpel used to be really evil but now he's become kinda good because of Belle.

When Cora got her heart back, she was very warm and lovely (didn't anyoone notice her smile when she saw Regian).
King George is the one who is most immoral. He only cared about his kingdom and nothing more. And he had his heart in him.

If I look at this objectively I pick Cora. Without her heart all her actions were quite immoral since she wasn't limited by love. But I still love her! xD She was an awesome villain<3

@Play-Doh I can see your point, had that been what he was doing. I mean yes, he did get people to do it for him, but it wasn't because he couldn't bring himself to do it himself, it's because he didn't want to face the punishment should it not work. In the case of the curse, he had Gina cast it so he could both get his way and not get in trouble (he could just pin it on her). That being said he was basically just using Regina. Not only Gina but Cora and Emma too. And using people is pretty immoral especially since he did it not once but thrice. Rumple ripped Milha's, Tamara's, and a crap load of unnamed peoples' hearts out with his bare hands and crushed them. So in that light he and Cora are the same. Not to mention he's the one who taught Cora to rip hearts out in the first place. I can see your point there. He has gotten better but in 'Lost Girl' Belle pointed out that he was dressing like the dark one again and he admitted something along the lines of 'Yeah, that's who I am and I need it to get Henry."

She wanted to kill his son. Destroy his hapiness....All the others seem to regret some things & to redeem themselves BUT NOT HIM!
