I don't think so because they've already explored the real reason Regina hates Snow and it isn't that superficial.

Most of the time, the pilots are different than the actual show. Pilots are "test runs" basically, for the show, for the network to see if they want to run with it. Most of the time, they don't even have the same actors for the pilot as they do the first episode, or the rest of the season.

It's not cannon. There's no plot hole.

The writers just threw that line in the pilot to reference the traditional story, but later decided it was worth it to have Regina tell Snow the truth when she gave her the apple. Maybe they could have explained Snow's later ignorance through some sort of memory spell though.
