i think it was real love, but not TRUE love or else when they kissed it would break the curse of the dark one like with belle so i think that she really loved him and he really loved her but she wanted revenge more then she loved him and if it was true love then a. they would of made each other better not worse people and b. she would of choose him over power and revenge

Real love, yes. True love, no. Like opalrose said, Rumple's curse wasn't broken when they kissed, whereas it started to break when he kissed Belle. Actually, now that I think about it, why wasn't his curse removed in Storybrooke when he and Belle kissed? Hmm.

Just not eternal.
^because it was not true love, but it was real. True love as the one love, real as in a real feeling.

It seemed false and manipulative to me. I've even come up with an alternate theory to explain Cora removing her heart:

As her marriage to Henry got nearer, the thought of the future child she'd need to sacrifice to Rumple became more real to Cora, and she realised that she didn't want to lose her child. She feigned being in love with him in order to trick him into altering the contract. Immediately afterwards, she went through with the wedding, ensuring that her child with Rumple would never exist. But the thought of caring for someone - even a theoretic future someone - enough to risk angering the Dark One, frightened Cora, so she took out her heart to prevent herself from loving her child or anyone else that much.
