I think Gina was just mad at him for tricking her, found out, and sought him out so to speak.

^Part of me wonders if that might be it...but I feel like, since Daniel was her whole reason for turning evil, that if she found out what they did she would have found a way to make Victor actually try to bring Daniel back.

Jefferson was in Wonderland when the curse was enacted so either all lands were affect or she just involved both of them in the curse as payback.

I thought that was cannon? Isn't that why Regina wanted Cora dead in the first place, so that Cora wouldn't come to this new place? If she was in Wonderland, and the curse only effected Fairy Tale land, then it wouldn't have mattered....
