Usually two or three times. Once right after the previous episode airs, a second time in the middle of the week, and then a third Saturday or Sunday. :D

I watch the one after the previous episode airs, but I try to cut myself off from sneak peeks.
I TRY...however my success rate is incredibly low.
I'm actually an enormous spoiler-junkie, but I don't like sneak peeks because then you're actually SEEING part of the episode.
