who's more powerful, jafar or rumplestiltskin?

what i would really love to see is jafar and rumple meeting and going head to head with each other. one thing i'm curious about is who's more powerful? the dark one or the one who has his own powerful magic plus possesses the magic from his girlfriend/teacher who was a very powerful sorceress before she became his snake staff
