is the heart cora used to raise the zombies in "into the deep" hers?

it just occured to me that after seeing mm find cora's heart in her chest of hearts, it made me think that the glowing heart cora used to raise the zombies in the episode "into the deep" could've been her own heart.

but remember when mm found the heart in the chest thats the same chest that cora is seen with when she takes out the heart to raise the zombies. plus cora said that her heart is with "her things" in regina's vault
