What happened to Ella's (Cinderella) baby?

In Storybrooke i already know this, but in FTL, I don't have a clue. Rumpelstiltskin must have took the baby. Because he told Regina he haven't broke any deal, except one, and it's definitely not this deal with Ella. But if he took it we would have know.

The curse took effect before Ella had her kid, so nothing wound up happening. But because Ella had tricked Rumple by sealing away his magic, Thomas was seperated from her (hence why in Storybrooke Sean couldn't see her until the deal was fufilled.)

The deal Rumple broke was with his son Bae by the way.

Which means that Ella/Ashley was pregnant for 28 years! It wasn't until Emma showed up and time began moving forward that she was finally able to give birth.
