both are amazing songs :)
but there's really no point in comparing them, as they come from two different albums (Rape Me is from "In Utero" and Lithium is in the "Nevermind" album) and consequently from two entirely different periods of Nirvana's career...
anyway, I believe Rape Me is slightly better than Lithium...:)
