Yeah, another one of those yanked-from-elsewhere things... or yanked from several elsewheres and compiled into one awesome set of questions. ;) I'm surprised that this spot didn't have one of these going yet. Anyway.

While there are many songs I turn to for a quick pick-me-up, I think the main one that never fails to lift my spirits is "Just Fine" by Mary J. Blige. Along with the beat and the uplifting lyrics, I can't help but feel giddy whenever I hear it.

As the emotional sap that I am, there are way too many songs that make me sad to list. However, one song in particular that has been making me feel sad lately, is "Dear Mr. President" by P!nk. Due to the recent political climate, the song holds a lot of personal relevance, and strikes an emotional chord with me.
