Song writers, I need help...

So I have this girl group called Star-4 that I'm singing in and managing and we're doing good in singing other songs...but we want a song of our own to sing. I'm a song writer but I can't think of anything for the group to sing together. My other songs sound more country and are solo's. We want to be a Hip-Hop and R&B group. So please, please, please, PLEASE help us and, if you can, write a song for my group? I would very much appreciate it. And you dont have to but I'm just asking for help, so...yeah that's it. Please help.
