have more powerful songs than white?

Lyrically, I don't see this as true. There are some great "white" lyrics and some great "black" lyrics.
There are some awful "black" lyrics and some awful "white" lyrics.
You have to look more broader than Britney and Beyonce.

No, I think rappers are fine. I was thinking pop/RnB artists, such as Cassie, millie Vanille (who were both actually black), Yes, I was thinking of lady Gaga, along with Meredith Brooks, and Alanis Morissette
