Does Kodi know that he's part wolf?

Those who watched Balto III were never informed that he knew about his Wolf side if he did. He may have been told that he was part wolf at some point in time, but it was neglected to be mentioned in the movies if he did know or not. I guess that became unimportant after Balto 2 as he already knew himself and was not unsure of himself as Aleu was. Plus the last one seemed to be a last chance money making movie rather than a good story movie, though I still enjoy it that is just how I see it.
