It does help that my job involves me ensuring I treat everyone as equal, and I sometimes do Equality & Diversity training (again as part of my job), so that helps to keep me in the loop. Other than that, I just like to educate myself with the facts and try my best to... well... not be a horrible person I guess! posted over a year ago.
