Crazy one = Charles II of Spain, the House of Habsburg.
Sane one = Napoleon I of France?

Napolean was also slightly insane. He fell for a girl that constantly cheated on him and couldn't produce heirs so he dumped her. And he crowned himself and wanted to be in control of the whole world. When one is that crazy for power, I would no't consider that sane. lol
