Sakura's parents are just normal civilian and not involved much in the plot of the series, so there's hardly any chance for them to be named by Kishimoto *sigh* perhaps they'll only able to appear at Sakura's wedding (if Kishi has intention of mentioning this long-term scene!).
I think that her parents' status as only civilians isn't a problem or disappointment. Sakura can become such a strong kunoichi without parental instrustions like her friends, which proves that she's very special!(sorry for my bad english*sigh*). Besides, if Sakura and Sasuke are married (hell, long for it!), it's better when one still has parents (otherwise, when they're busy..doing sth, who will babysit their children?). Maybe Sasuke can have a chance to feel family atmosphere once again when marrying Sakura.

Nothing as far as Ive gathered...Sakura`s mom could only be heard from downstairs in episode 3...and her dad was only seen in one of Sakura`s flashbacks when she saw Naruto...other than that...Sakura is one of the character whos parents were never mentioned...
