A very, very well written and complete Gen-Fiction, with a lot of interaction between Renard and Nick. Sometimes a little bit lax on the details, but overall, a real good read which I wish were canon.

For most of Season 1 of "Grimm," Nick and Monroe had a great thing going. But then Monroe met Rosalee. It’s your basic “boy meets girl, boy leaves best bud in the wind when he most needs him” type of scenario.

"Grimm" has reinvented itself by bringing Hank (Russell Hornsby) in on the Grimm secret. Now that Hank has become the new sidekick to Nick (David Giuntoli), Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) may not have much left to do.

The “Grimm” episode “Quill” was revealing in several ways. It reveals how Hank will react to new truths about the Wesen world, how Juliette will react to strange memories involving Nick, and shows another side of Rosalee.

Monroe, on “Grimm,” may be the most “human” of all wolf men. He seems to have an interesting (and hilarious) way of blocking out that part of his personality, when he needs to.

Please be warned that spoilers follow. “The Kiss” was the “Grimm” episode of character transformations. Many of the characters transformed in some way, but none more than Renard (Sasha Roiz).

Rosalee is now a permanent character on "Grimm." She brings some light and relief from the darker side of the show, as well as an intellectual aspect that pairs well with Monroe's humorous intellect. She may also bring some new possibilities.
