Fanpop How do you get the cap for being a Fanpop member for 1 month?

I joined Fanpop in July 2012. Now it's August. I didn't get the cap. I visited every day and I still don't have it. Someone joined Fanpop in July 2012 and they got the cap. I want to get all of the caps. Plz answer!!
