It's quite easy I have 4 dedicated medal and 2 die-hard medals. Now read carefully
First of all you have to add pictures or videos in large counting say 20 videos in any club and then ask peoples if they can become fan of your uploaded videos, you can give them the link like this one, (i had uploaded some videos but people become fan of it still if I haven't asked them lol) www.fanpop.com/clubs/the-winx-club/videos When all of your videos have at least 2/3 fans or more you will get dedicated medal. I can earn it in a day but I don't have so much time to upload pics, videos etc.
