Updates from certain spots?

Is there any way to get updates from only certain spots on your profile? If your a fan of many, you must get updates from all? I know that you can limit the updates to types like videos and picks but I'm not sure if you can limit which spots.

I wanted to be a fan and show my appreciation and stuff but I'm a fan of a few and then I end up missing updates. Thanks anyways!
