Uh...help??

Lately I've been getting some really low lows, and at times I've been getting the urge to cut myself...which scares the shit out of me!! I've only cut myself once several years ago and I promised myself I'd never do it again (it was only on my ankle with a safety pin and I still sort of have the scar). But I sometimes get this strong urge to take the razor in my shower, dissect it, and slice my wrist open.

How do I keep myself from doing this??
