Does it annoy you when emo or gothic dudes are called sissys?

I was watching wife swap XD and the chick was bugging one of the boys for wearing black nail polish calling him a sissy and not a man or to femine. And on this other show a boy was saying goth men are sissys for wearing eyeliner or something.
Does it annoy you when emo or gothic dudes are called sissys?
