I think they'd have to kill him off to explain why there wouldn't be any future episodes, but at the same time they'd have him winning to stop it from being an entirely negative ending. I'm not sure about revealing his name though. Maybe that's the kind of thing which has to be forever a secret because whatever they'd choose would be a disappointment to some.

I feel like having the Doctor and the Daleks working together against a much more powerful enemy would be a great way to end it because you've got these two individuals who loathe each other, but they still, despite everything, somehow manage to put their differences aside. They don't have to be friends, and can go back to trying to kill each other after it's over, but for one moment, they were allies. And what if the Daleks are the ones that revealed the Doctor's name in the end.
