Doctor Who region 1 DVDs

Guys, I'm looking to purchase a region 1 DVD, specifically of "Blink" which is on 'Series 3, Volume 4'. I'm in Australia but want to buy this for an American friend. The closest I've been able to find is the full 'Series 3' box set, but I don't really want to buy the whole season.

Does anyone know where I can get just the 'Series 3, Volume 4' DVD on region 1?

I'm in NY and I've only ever come across the volumes for series one. I did a bunch of searches but it looks like a wash. You could always link it to her or burn it onto a disk. The only other think I can think of is if she has a region free DVD player (I believe they go for around $80 US) in which case you can pick up the Region 2 or 4 version for her.
