The fact that they forgot the Doctor doesn't mean they will be good now and there won't be a reason to fight them. They just won't remember him. Daleks will most definitely come back it might take a while though.. I think in this series they will focus more on Cybermen from the classic DW enemies.

yes, i agree, they can;t get rid of the Daleks, they are one of the icons of Doctor Who. I'm sure they will find some way to bring them back, because, not having Daleks would be like not having The Doctor!

Yeah, alongside The Weeping Angels and the Sontarans. But the Sontarans were always there, now for comic relief (Strax!)
