No, because:
1. Kissing means very little in Doctor Who. He has kissed every one of his companions since the series reboot in 2005. Rose, Jack, Martha, Astrid, Donna, Lady Cristina, Amy to name a few.
2. Clara is a flirt. she probly only kissed him because he was cute and she could.
3. He's married to River.
If you are referring to the fact that they kissed, this isn't unusual at all. I mean, Amy kissed The Doctor when they first met, right? But even if they could have, they couldn't stay together (bc of Rory too) and The Doctor himself can't be engaged to anybody. He has been changing companions for eleven years and I don't think him and Clara would make a lovely couple, it would be a terrible mistake including the fact that he has two other regenerations to do yet and including the fact that he is a "lonely guy" and who can forget that hE IS ALREADY MARRIED TO RIVERRR, therefore I don't think so, but why did you come up with this question?

I just wanted to know what other whovians think about this "couple" or whatever :)
Uhm..well,I think that the doctor falls in love with River. Maby hes got a crush on Clara,but Im not sure. and BECAUSE shes a new companion and they will spend a lot of time together,maybe he will have feelings for her...still, its justmy theory.
The Doctor has been having feeling for each of all of his companions and perhaps that's another feature that makes us love this tv show so much. (Yeah, mine too it's a theory)
I think he falls in love with all of his companions a little bit, and I don't think he'll like Clara any more than the others. She just seems like a flirt. ^-^
The only companion in the new series that the Doctor has ever fallen in love with is Rose, i believe. He was good friends with everyone afterwards, but he never felt for them as much as he did for Rose. The reason the doctor loved Rose was because she made him happier and a better man after the events of the time war. For a similar reason, i think its a logical assumption to think that the doctor can fall in love all over again with Clara. Weve just seen how heartbroken he is after losing Amy and Rory, and it appears that Clara is going to give him a new lease of life... maybe she will be the one to lighten him up a bit.
Kissing means very little to the doctor. In dinosaurs on a space he got over excited an snogged Rory and it was Clara that kissed him not the other way around. I also really don't like the idea of the doctor in a relationship it just doesn't seem right for his character and that includes River and Rose.
Unlikely. The only companion he ever appeared to actually be in love with was only Rose. Even with River, his supposed wife, he doesnt appear to be in love. So I don't think Clara and Doctor would fall in love. They seem to have more of a good friend rapport.
I sort of hope so cause' I kind of like the idea of another Doctor/companion romance but I won't be devastated if it doesn't happen. Either way I still love the show. :))
