Netflix has all of the episodes with Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant. Possibly some of the older ones, I can't remember.

That's all I can think of, although there may be some episodes on Youtube. :)

The only way I've found of watching classic Doctor Who was finding a tape at a flea market with several episodes of the first season... I think I'm going to try and get them on my laptop and upload them(Even though I have zero luck or talent with video stuff...).

I would usually refer to Netflix or YouTube. :D As I am aware, the episodes have an acceptable quality. :D
LOL! :D This video shows my all-time favourite moment in which some rocks have just collapsed onto the Doctor by virtue of Harry Sullivan (RIP, Ian Marter who died on his 42nd birthday 28th October 1986 of a heart attack), who pushed them.
Episode: 'Revenge of the Cybermen'. :D

'Harry Sullivan is an imbecile!'

The BBC website will let you watch it if you live in the UK only. However, you can trick it out using a DNS proxy. You should be able to find a guide for how to set that up for your operating system. The number is 142.54.177.158 and the second one is 198.147.22.212. Set those as DNS servers and your computer will look like it's in the UK. And yes, I know DNS server is redundant, but that's what it's actually called so who am I to argue.
