David Tennant because he portrayed all the qualities the Doctor needs to have:he was funny, clever, serious,in charge, happy, mad and sad at the same time and the way he disguised he's scottish accent was phenomenal.

I have to agree, love david tennant, was very sorry to see him go
Matt Smith. I've watched since Chris, hrough Ten, but Ten... Ten didn't tickle my funny bone as much as Matt does. But David, damn, he made me bawl like a baby. Matt's my Doctor, though.
I think all three were good, but David's was my fav.
Chris was good to reboot the series. Looking back he seemed to lack a backbone at times. Maybe guilt from the Time War.
David was passionate and did not take alot of guff. He definately put his audiance through the emotional ride. His attitude of, I can do whatever I want because I'm the last of the Time
Lords, cost him be time.
Matt has brought humor back to the series. It took a couple of episodes before he got a good plot for his personality as the doctor. At the end of his first season, it all fit together and yet still left unanswered questions.
Matt Smith and Tom Baker they both made their Doctor's seem very Alien and believable to be one. Some played him too human. These two were both mad, cheery and brilliant ^^
Although I do hate it when people compare Doctors, they're all brilliant in their own right! All you end up with, is people screaming 10!!!! or DAVID! with no reason why they chose him :| I think David deserves better than that to be honest...
