Why do you think Amy forgot The Daleks?

In Victory of the Daleks Amy seemed to have "forgotten" about the fact that the Daleks ripped the Earth out of orbit and invaded the planet.

Anyone have any ideas why she forgot?

I think the next season will tell. Someone started the events that created the crack in Amy's bedroom and altered her reality. Maybe in her reality (between meetings with the DR.) the Daleks event never happened, because of the crack. Being a time traveler, the Doctor would still remember.
