Definitely! I could try and make one if anyone wants... You should see what sort of things people want on it.

Yeah, completley need a new one. Looking at this one just makes me miss ten :'(. Kay ppl, i did a bit of a rush job, this is just a bit of the general idea. Please excuse the overall terribleness of this, i did it on paint in about half an hour. Feel free to improve all you like. It can be a group effort!
Slight improvment, Rory's no longer black and whit-ish, i put a symbol at each end and I got a better TARDIS. What do you think?

It should have all the Doctors, not just current. So changing from David to Matt would be pointless. All 11 of them should be present :D

I admit it iiis a little outdated...but hey, whatever.

However, if we do get a new banner, it should have:
1)Matt Smith in the middle
2)Amy Pond on the right
3)Rory on the right of Amy
4)Rong on the left of Matt
5)...11 hasn't had enough allies for more.
6)One of those cracks in the background...and a TARDIS!
