It's called Walk A Mile In My Pants from Season 2 of Sonny With A Chance. It's the part where Chad calls Sonny over and then he confesses his "love" for fans that are reading less books. Here are the quotes.
"Sonny! Sonny come here,"-Chad(While gesturing sloppily to her and turning around.)
(Sonny rushes over to his hospital bed 'cause he has SPS- skinny pants syndrome and can't move his legs)
"Yes Chad?"-Sonny
"I need to tell you something in case I don't make it,"-Chad(while holding Sonny's hand)
"Ok,"-Sonny
"I love..,"-Chad
"Yes?"-Sonny
"I mean I deeply love..."-Chad
"Go on,"-Sonny(with a concerned face)
"...that more kids will be reading less books because of Chad Dylan Cooper,"-Chad
(Sonny then takes her hands away quickly)
"Oh no I think you're coming down with PFS too,"-Sonny{while handling Chad's face with her hands)
"What's that?"-Chad(yells)
"Pillow In The Face Syndrome!"-Sonny(hitting Chad with a pillow)
