No, because I mean think about it... some schools probably wouldn't HAVE an athletic team if they drug tested them... most high schoolers experiement and I mean, if they use hair it goes back 6 months, and the other goes back at least 1 month, so they'd be in trouble...

So, of course, unknown drug-using athletes is better than having no athletic team at all?
Yes, of course. For the safety of their health and, well, the whole school! I really don't think my answer needs to be explicable with that being said...
Testing them on drugs without reasonable suspission is violation of their privacy without a good reason.
If there is a good reason, then maybe. But unless they are in professional leagues of sport, a school should not have the power to invade the privacy of a minor.
yes there should be, for health reasons. it may be true that student athletes will probabully quit the team because of it and they will get in trouble if on drugs. But the thing is they are in high school, old enough to know rite from wrong. and experimenting can lead to addiction.
Totally. They're teens on a sports team, so they're going to be competitive. There are alot of things teens coud get ahold of to use in sports, and it could be dangerous to their health,
There should be drug testing of high school athletes. Once there was this teenager , and she's an athlete. A teacher found out she had drugs that you couldn't see in her water bottle. If you are a teacher reading this, you should find out is your high school students has hidden drugs in their drink bottle. Hope you vote this answer!
