i think not; before the blackout she looked at the chuck phone, and plus, if she really wanted to pick up the bryce phone then she would've done it quicker, before chuck called.

I think she'll answer Chuck. She cares about him, and he's also her assignment - she would feel awful if something happened to Chuck if he were calling her for help because he was in trouble.

I like the symbolism of the phones on the show though, Chuck is the new guy (the new iPhone) and Bryce is the old (old fashioned looking phone)

Well, she's one of the main characters so she's not going anywhere. Plus, Bryce is obviously bad news.
