Yeah, maybe so far we've only seen flashbacks. But I don't think they would go to such lengths to keep Bryce in our consciousness, if he is to stay "dead". I'm pretty sure they will find a way bring him back to life.

well, (SPOILERS) i read this review from some place like tvguide.com or something, and in episode 10 he will be coming back it said , so u know. maybe casey was working with him, and made it look like he shot bryce so that the NSA & CIA wouldn't be suspitious.
