Early on in "Chuck Vs His Best Friend" Chuck explains to Sarah that Morgan if family to him, meaning he loves the little guy like a brother. At the end Sarah tells Chuck she's sorry for the way she acted but it was because she doesn't have abyone like Morgan in her life. To which Chuck tells her she does, as they are holding hands. Chuck turns to watch Jeffster as Sarah smiles sweetly and looks down at their hands clasp in the love they share. You may see it differently. But I see it as him telling her he loves her. He tried to tell her at the Chinese restaurant when they almost kissed before Chuck flashed on Mr. Colts people. And she was ready to kiss him too. Now with out a kiss it's still the same thing.
